No one really enjoys fighting with their spouse, but we all do it from time to time, right? Instead of making your marriage stronger, though, fights can often leave one or both of you feeling hurt and sometimes feel like it actually made things worse. But there is a BETTER way to face disagreements with your spouse so that you can minimize how big they get and ensure that you actually get positive outcomes from them. So join me in today’s episode where I’m breaking down what the point of your arguments SHOULD be, how to decrease them BEFORE they start, and ONE easy way to do this that will make a big difference in how you fight. You don’t have to wait until your marriage is on life support to start making some of these changes, let’s dive in now!

I’m exploring:

  • Military 101 -  The ins and outs of leave
  • What to do if you get stuck focusing on the little details of an argument
  • How to make sure you’re fixing the RIGHT problem while still addressing your hurt
  • The 3 types of arguments and how to make sure the amount of damage that occurs is as minimal as possible
  • My top tips to making sure you get to a positive outcome from your disagreements or fights
  • THESE 2 approaches that will help to decrease conflict between you and your spouse (it’s worked in my marriage as well as with 100s of my clients!)
  • How to get to a solution that allows both of you to coexist and have your needs met without the silent treatment, getting defensive, or keeping it all to yourself
  • And so much more!

If you want to take your marriage from good to great, I would love to help support you to get there.
